Now I'm jealous that there's nothing like that in my area. It's hard enough to find any video arcades these days, let alone some of those great classic cabinets. Thanks for the pics and review, it's the next best thing to being there.

Wow! I had a sense of insanity when I seen the pictures of skate or die, and the superscope... Goodtimes, goodtimes..

I'm surprised you don't already have a blacklight somewhere.

No Polybius?

Mister Tea Nov 13th, 2012 04:29 PM

No Polybius. Exactly as "they" planned...

Oh hey, Rog: If you don't mind them not including boxes or manuals, you can find tons of NES carts for cheap at jjgames.com. Some people make a big stink over having no packaging, but I don't care because I buy games to play them, not to stick them on a shelf and scream at anyone who touches them.

ChrisGlass - I have a few lil' ones for jack-o-lanterns, but yeah I need a proper one to make these TRON toppers light up nicely.

Mister Tea - Good to know. I have most of my original NES games in storage and/or mixed in with my brother's collection these days, and I usually find really good bargains on loose ones at flea markets. Wouldn't mind having the boxes for a few of my favorite titles simply cuz I like the artwork, but yeah, I'm the kind of guy who prefers to play the games rather than let 'em collect dust.

Hey, I reviewed that album.

RoG, as ever, good show! Thank you for sharing the delights of your trip in photo format.

Oh yeah, I forgot you reviewed the Pac-Man album a while back. Here's the link to it:
