I've always been a little interested in this, and I finally decided to youtube the series after seeing the potato chip scene (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kaoy1QKxGQs).

I've only seen two episodes, but goddamn it's good.

I see it every night on tv. The beginning is cool but what I think is the middle has lost my interest. I'm hoping the pick it back up soon or I'll stop caring all together.

I really like the show. Unfortunately, I missed a single episode like 2 weeks ago and now I'm confused.

A girl in my life drawing class really wants me to watch this whole thing, and I have charitably watched three episodes.

The one I missed was "Execution", the one right after Light ditched his Death Note.

It all sucks from then on.

Why I didn't like it from then on.

It's good, but I've found I have to kinda skip around on the episode to enjoy it, like to get past the boring scenes that do nothing to the plot.

This show SOUNDS cool, and I really wanna enjoy it, but anime makes my eyes bleed ;_;

What about the two live action movies with the Battle Royale dude? i like those two, shirigami are nice looking, sort of

I also agree with Tadao about it sucking after he ditches the Death Note.

I admit it is pretty weak right now. I'm more looking forward to when things get back to how they were before this particular arc, just because I can't imagine how that could happen from the present circumstances.
