Good review, I totally dig the art style. Is there going to be a Johnny the Homicidal Maniac review coming soon?

This was a depressing, depressing book.. I wonder if it's possible to actually make that paper doll on the cover.

Hmmm... Something tells me that I must read this. I wonder where can I find an issue. Any suggestions?

I don't know if it was ever sold as issues. You can pick up the whole thing in your graphic novel section at a Barnes and Noble. I think it was a daily strip, wasn't it? But really, you should just pick up the hard cover and be done with it. Costs a bit, but it's worth it.

I've been lucky to check out a lot of original comic art over the years, and I have to say that Ware's impressed me the most. It looks simple, but when you look at the large originals, the details and the spacing is amazing. One big geometric flow chart of a story. Anything of his is stunning. Makes me remember the uber-detailed art that popped up in the 90's and makes me cringe. Shows that being able to do more with less can be the more talented. Owning this (or any of his acme stuff) is truly buying a work of art.

I will have to pick this book up. Thanks!

I second Muadi'ib's suggestion. Also, I saw this in Chapters (Whee, Canada) but didn't pick it up. Must return now.
