Deadlift Question
I'm going to start deadlifts today.
It looks like Deadlifts work your lower back, while Stiff Legged Deadlifts work your hamstrings. Is this true? I will admit that I don't know what I'm doing, and I don't know which one I should be doing. Today is Leg day, so I guess I should do the Stiff Legged ones? |
