Are you familiar with a band called Blanket? They're right in your town. Dunno if it's your cup of tea, but I sure likes 'em. Just curious.

Real melancholy stuff with a waifish chick singer. Not normally my style, but I really like them for some reason. Anyway, they play around London and Brighton & Hove pretty regularly, so I though you might have heard of them, you being a feller who hangs out with musicians and all.
