Well, I've found that the best advice can come from forums. And I'm going to sound like the loser I am. But....
How the hell am I supposed to ask her out?? As a hopeless teenager with no experience whatsoever, what do I do? Is there some kind of guideline? I honestly don't know!

She's probably wondering why you haven't asked her out yet, other wise she wouldn't be talking to you.
