Then they'll staple my piece of skull back in, staple my scalp all together, and leave me drooling in the ICU overnight and a few more in the regular ward. Should be fun; I'm hoping for a morphine pump

Pretty much, yeah. I have Meniere's, and my left balance system is fucked up somehow, leaving me to get vertigo problems and generally stumble around like a dumbass on a good day, so we're just gonna cut the nerve ending and I'll re-learn how to walk with just one balance center.

I hope you don't lose any cerebrospinal fluid, it causes the worst headaches in the world.
