I believe that some Pete and Pete videos were released. Try checking Amazon.com. I don't know about Salute Your Shorts though.

Nick released a few Pete and Pete tapes that contain about 2 episodes each. So I dont know how worth it it would be to track them down. I have 25 episodes I taped from TV, if you're interested PM me and I'll get you a list of all the episodes I have.
