Seems like all of the major players are getting their collective asses handed to them, what with Sony being sued last month by Agere.
The point of contention seems to be the Wii-mote and how it has analogs sticks and pressure sensors and all sorts of other mumbo-jumbo that all looks the same.

But aren't all of the Wiimote controls digital?
