Best Old Nickelodeon Show

I'd say Pete and Pete, Hey Dude, or Salute your Shorts.

Discuss.

DID YOU KNOW:

Nickelodeon is named after Earl H. Nickelodeon. He was a former head of the Ku Klux Klan. To this day, only pure white Americans run the station.

Zbu Manowar Feb 3rd, 2003 01:26 PM

Well, that would explain why they run the Cosby Show now, wouldn't it? ;)

But I'd be lying if I didn't mention that Kenan and Kel made me laugh a few times. Of course, that show had some really funky problems with either lead losing their clothing to a horrifying extent or some really obvious homosexual stuff going on. I mean, what kind of Nick show would show a fatass like Kenan running home with his already stretched out shirt trying to cover his minuscle package? UGH!!

I'd agree that Salute Your Shorts was probably the best but a close runner up would have to be Legends of the Hidden temple, just because I loved watching the stupid kids run through that maze,/building thing and miss the relic thing 100000000 times in a row. Then get caught by the "guards" and scream. Saw one girl cry once, best episode ever.

Pete and Pete. definiately Pete and Pete.

CastroMotorOil Feb 3rd, 2003 06:17 PM

Artie kicked ass cuz he was "the Strongest Man..................IN THE WORLD"

Bennett Feb 4th, 2003 04:07 PM

"Out of Control."
Salute your shorts was great, mostly because of Donkey-lips, who, by the way, has a great part in Dude where's my car?

The Retro Kat Feb 4th, 2003 09:44 PM

Yeah, Pete and Pete was great. Remember when Artie and Pete fought the ocean. Or the episode with inspector 27. Good times.

Pete & Pete, You Can't Do That On Television, Turkey TV, Out Of Control, Pinwheel, and of course Invader Zim.

Bennett Feb 5th, 2003 12:43 PM

How could I or anyone else forget to mention the DangerMouse, Bannana Man combo?

pissed off salesman Feb 5th, 2003 07:04 PM

I liked the episode of pete and pete with the evil PAPERCUT!!!!! after seeing that episode i always hat a stock of tin foil ninja stars. Also i think the temple guards on that one show liked the kids a little TOO much they always looked like they were trying to hump those kids when they grabbed them

Generator86 Feb 6th, 2003 02:29 PM

You Can't Do That On Television, definitely. And wasn't Double Dare on Nick? I think Ren and Stimpy just goes without saying.

executioneer Feb 6th, 2003 05:28 PM

kinot Feb 6th, 2003 05:41 PM

Peachy720 Feb 6th, 2003 06:30 PM

1. Today's Special
2. Out of Control
3. Belle and Sebastian
4. You Can't Do That On Television
5. Don't Just Sit There

Systemz Feb 10th, 2003 03:26 PM

TODAY'S SPECIAL! Christ, that had to be the worst show. It was like a mix of Bram Stoker's Dracula and Data from Star Trek. I put my vote in for Ren and Stimpy.

Les Waste Feb 12th, 2003 11:36 AM

NICK ARCADE >:

CastroMotorOil Feb 12th, 2003 11:58 AM

Wild and Crazy Kids, come on who did not watch this show even though it was amazingly retarded. Sometime i wonder about my taste as a child.......well and now too.
