We went to go see Twilight last night. It was okay except for all the feminism involved. They took some liberties with general lore as well:

Watched Queen of the Damned in 10 minute sections.

Yeah, it was on HBO. There wasn't anything better on so I watched it and laughed my ass off. I think I just missed some of the jokes or they went over my head when I first saw it. Great call to keep the family the same and just place them in the 90's.

I saw Man on Wire about a week ago, and it's too hard to describe how emotional it was. I was close to tears of joy. Brilliant film.

Me and GF are trying to do a holiday movie day each week. Last night we watched Elf and Home Alone.

I think the highlight of Home Alone is Joe Peschi's face when his head is getting blowtorched.
