EliteXC themselves have to be reeling from this. They were bush league from the start and now that their biggest draw has been exposed I would not be surprised to see them slowly fade back into obscurity.

I think they'll hold on just long enough to sign Ortiz to a redonkulous contract. They'll probably have him fight the likes of Michael Westbrook and Johnny Morton.

Those don't sound like fights that are gonna put butts in seats.
