All right, I admit I did like the remake only because I like Rob Zombie and I like the people he works with.

But come on, man. It says Malcolm McDowell in the cast list. The dude is dead. (but of course in horror movies, you're never truly dead) Unless it's going to be major flashback footage, which is usually death for a horror movie.

And come on, sequels are 80% crap and so not as good as the original.

Obviously, you must not watch Heroes. Honestly, I'm surprised I do. But Malcolm died in that one, and he was back, and I feel I can't explain this without making myself look even nerdier.

Are you kidding? Malcolm McDowell is the man. My daughter is named Alex after his Clockwork Orange character. And no one could have given that role the attention it deserved but him.

I just thought it was funny that yet again another director falls into the "Hey, it worked once so let's do it one more time! Those moviegoers will pay even if it is a pile of crap."

Who knows, maybe it could work out...in that case I will get down on my knees and apologize. Or something of that nature.


Oh yeah, I have watched Heroes before. I know in the superhuman world, especially in comics, no one ever really dies. Ever.

Maybe Rob Zombie thought it wasn't a pile of crap.

I believe you owe more to Stanley Kubrick than Malcolm McDowell. Or maybe Anthony Burgess for writing the book.

Either he should do original flicks (I enjoyed Devils Rejects, but not 1000 Corpses really) or go back to making music. He used to have some really entertaining music videos back when people still made music videos. :(

Rob Zombie should make a film of him hanging himself. I still wouldnt pay to watch it but I would give it good reviews.

Man. This is ridiculous. I like Zombie and I trusted him going into the remake but it stunk - big time - and this will just be more of the same. Hopefully it will tank and he will move on to original material and then LEAVE MY CHILDHOOD ALONE!
