Name That Video Game Tune!

How about we play a game?

NAME THAT VIDEO GAME TUNE!

The objective is pretty simple.. Posters work together (almost in a 20 questions type way) to figure out what the mystery song is.

So if you posted Mortal Kombat's title screen music, somebody would have to guess just that, Mortal Kombat - Title.

Just guessing Mortal Kombat for SNES/SEGA is too easy>:

The rules are simple:

1: Post a link of the mystery song with the only hint being what system the title was on. If it was on multiple systems at the same time then simply put all the systems. For instance Mortal Kombat came out for the SNES and SEGA at the same time, so you would put SNES/SEGA as your first hint.

2: Post a new hint(such as when the title came out for the system you posted, what type of game it was, or some other helpful hint) after 3 incorrect guesses.

3: You can guess as much as you want without waiting, GADZOOKS is a smart guy like that.

4: If you guess the right game but not the right part where the song appeared than the poster must acknowledge that you did guess the right game. This just means that the name of the game is out in the open now, not that you won. You still have to figure out where in the game.

Also if you guess a game that has multiple titles (ie. Megaman series, Castlevania, Mortal Kombat) but get the wrong sequal then the poster has to acknowledge that it is indeed that game, but just not the right game in the series.

For example:
If you posted Mortal Kombat II's Title Screen and somebody guesses Mortal Kombat I Title, you must say it is a game in the Mortal Kombat series, but just not Mortal Kombat I.

5: If you guess the correct title and part where the tune is played at then it is your responisbility to post a new mystery song within 48 hours (preferably ASAP). You pick your own song (ie. Duke Nukem - Title/Intro for PC) and begin the process over with having only a link with the title's system.

6: Don't pick some obscure game that nobody has ever played. This would include Japanese titles that never came to America and so on and so forth. You want people to be able to guess the title, not get completely stumped to where there is no fun in playing. In short, don't post some shit that you know nobody (including hxc gamers) would know.

The music can be .wma, .mp3, .midi, and .wav. I would prefer midi, but whatever you can find will work. Just use google to find the video game music you are looking for. I am assuming you know how to search for things you want on the internetz, and that's why I am not posting specific sites.

You can find free file hosting here, here, here, and here if you don't have a file hosting site already. Obviously you will have to register with the site to be able to use it. I simply googled these sites, so if you know of better ones just PM me and I'll edit this original post.

Games can be on virtually any console. This includes PC, SNES, NES, Gameboy, SEGA, SEGA CD, Game Gear, Neo-Geo, Atari, Arcade, etc etc.

Just in case you are dumb, make sure the file isn't named something that would give away the song.

Any ideas/rule changes just PM me and I will gladly edit my original post to better this game.

Yes, with the occasional puzzles.
Another hint: The concept of the game was concieved by Sonic Team head, Yuji Naki, and developed in 1995.
