There sure are times when I feel like beating someone until they melt.

This game looks cheesy and great! I would love to play it with some friends sometime.

Christopher... The most famous vampire killer in Europe? Perhaps, but he ain't hold a candle to Simon Belmont.

the korean version has red blood is a relly good beat em up

I love this game. Christopher is my favorite character. I think he dresses like a stone cold pimp. By "Eastern and Western martial arts" they mean he practices savatte and savatte. He also has a move where she showers holy water around himself. It's the details like that that make me like him more than the other characters. Mostly in brawlers I favor the strong guy, my Christopher really just is more fun to play. I give this game 3.5 out of five.

Hell yeah. I loved this game in the arcades back years ago. Liked the designs of the villains and enemies in it, especially the vampire dude who antagonizes you early on. I only managed to play it twice and I've never seen the cabinet again since then.

This looks amazing.

Visually speaking, this game does everything right and I have to get a copy of it. Also, the main bad guy in Cobra was called "The Night Slasher" so I'm all about the title of the game too.

There's a Beats of Rage adaption called Night Slashers X which has added a bunch of gore (and I means BUNCH of gore), a few new weapons, and some other stuff. The hospital level is actually level 2 in this version, giving you a new level to mess around with. Although it lost out a bit on some of the unique animations.

We had the Korean version of this game at the arcade over in Centerport, years and years ago. In that original release, the blue crystal Christopher used was, in fact, a cross. I've never understood that particular bit of censorship; god forbid that the power of Christ actually, y'know, defeat evil.
