Like I told Zomboid, I gained a new appreciation for Earthbound. I didn't really think it was that awesome when it came out.

Hopefully not, but considering Mother 1, and 2 for the GBA never got released here it's not 100%. I would shit a brick though if they didn't release it in the states, and probably not buy anymore Nintendo systems. I don't think Nintendo's that idiotic though, of course they did release the 64DD in Japan... Hmm.....

The characters in the screenshots look like the ones who were supposed to be in the "Mother 3" for Nintendo 64.

I would have to assume that Mother 3 for the GBA would recycle most of the original plot that was intended for the N64 version of the same game. Which I might add had a different plot line and characters, than Earthbound (aka Mother 2 in Japan).
