My cousin has a Guild Wars problem
Actually, he appears to have a video driver problem in general, and when I tried to help him over the phone, no video card name was displayed in the unit properties. When I look up his PC on the net, the spec documents contain no info either. This problem occured after he had his PC turned in for service, and older games (like Warcraft 3) have stopped working as well.
Is there any way to find out which driver he should get for his card? He has an Acer Aspire T620. He has tried reinstalling DirectX. |

I'm a fucking idiot sometimes.

I didn't actually check the site, so if it doesn't have the info you need, or if this computer is second-hand with the possibilty of an aftermarket video card inside, you'll need to open the case and see if there's anything printed on the hardware.

Nah, he called me back, it worked like a charm. Thanks, dude.
