Come on dude, you know that toys like that can easily be hacked. Besides, the real creepy part about the commercial is the way the evil little girls turn around and stare you down. I doubt that is the actual laugh.

Hah, I aired the original Baby Laugh A Lot commercial on a recent episode of Doc Mock's Movie Mausoleum actually. I really need to track one of those dolls down.

I've owned one of those for years. Her laugh track was pretty standard for the era. A couple of horror themed production companies still use the track for their creepier dolls.
