The Fisher King
 

The first time I watched this, when it came out in 1991, I was 14 and I didn't appreciate it at ALL. I wasn't interested in love stories and I thought it was too weird to be good. I didn't really remember anything about it now except that I didn't like it then.

But I've developed much better taste since those days, and having just seen it again tonight, I'm going to have to say that I love this fucking movie. What a beautiful film, and one of Robin Willams best performances ever.

The best part is where he gets his chest slashed open while having flashbacks of his wife's brains splattering on his face!

But seriously, I really liked this movie. Lots of funny symbolism.

IS ROBIN WILLIAMS FUNNY IN IT :)
