Imagine by John Lennon and Straight To Hell by The Clash are some powerful songs.

"A Sorta Fairytale" by Tori Amos makes me cry like a little girl it's so purdy :(

Any song by Amish Oatmeal. Beautiful for it's overwhelming stupidity.

"Hey" by the Pixies. God that guitar solo is so fucking beautiful.

Famous Blue Raincoat by Leonard Cohen. Also, the Amos cover.

Actually, most of Cohen's early work.

An old ballad from a folk legend. I find it sadly beautiful in terms of lyrical content.

Simon and Garfunkel's "The Boxer" and "Bridge Over Troubled Water" are the first two that come to mind, though they have a few more. :(

Scorpion's "Winds of Change" and Puckett's "Young Girl" come to mind, but they're painfully overplayed in these parts. :/

Another one would probably be Play That Funky Music by Wild Cherry. It's got funk, George Clinton funk.

Even though he's alive, he is still very much dead to me. That show made him what he was, and he just let it slip away. What a bastard.
