Rats Off to Ya was a bad joke, the joke of the episode was how much of a big deal Tom made about his shitty joke. And it's 10 minutes.

i havent seen either as i dont have cartoon network. i happened on a promo for robot chicken where someone got hit with a frying pan on loop for 5 minutes.

i laughed pretty fucking hard 10 minutes later.
