I always liked Sonic Spinball, it basically involved collecting 3 emeralds and destroying a boss at the end. And then you get a little mini game between levels. Yay!

Except the second level is damn hard and I never got past it.

My DS and dozen-or-so games were stolen about a year ago. This and Meteos are the games I miss the most.

'MP: Pinball' has to be the only game on the DS that utilizes the (included) rumble pack to its fullest ^_^

Pokemon Pinball for Game Boy Color: the only Pokemon game I ever played. Rumbled too.

I remember when my younger brother got Pokémon Pinball for his Gameboy Color. I had previously played the then hits Pokémon versions (Red, Blue and Yellow) and I thought that this installment would be a profanation to the overall series.

I was wrong.

The game itself proved to be extremely adictive and the idea of catching Pokémon while succesfully accomplishing certain feats was neat. If one thing had me at the verge of almost throwing the Gameboy Color to the nearest wall was the fact that if you wanted to cath the most unique of Pokémons you had to upgrade your ball enough (which usually took a long time) to finally be able to meet a chance of catching one. The problem was that once the damned thing came into screen it took longer to catch than the average ones and the time limit was a concern...

It was a good game anyway...

I'm a sucker for pinball video games. This was my first DS game and it's my firm belief that it's the most underrated game on the DS. The Rumble cartridge was a dud, though.

I want more classic Metroid games.

I loved Sonic Spinball and I was able to get to the final stage once. The third stage was a ridiculous amp up in difficulty but the game is only 4 stages long. Wait, the DS has a rumble feature and hardly any of the games use it? You know what, I doubt most people care about rumble features in their controllers anymore.

I love rumble features. It has something to do with that hand numming experience after a good vibration.
I played a couple of handheld pinball games so i might check this out.

Now that you mention, I don't care, but if they took it away I'd probably be p.o.'ed.

Metroid Prime Pinball is probably my second favorite pinball videogame right after Sonic Spinball. Both great games.

I, sadly, have not had a chance to play MPP yet, but I need to pick it up.

Anyone ever play Kirby's Pinball Land? I once spent over two and a half hours straight playing it, with no breaks ._.;

I never use the rumble pak with the game.

Kirbykid Aug 13th, 2008 02:30 AM

I should pick this up... After all, I seem to love pinball games based off of well known series; Sonic Spinball, Pokemon Pinball, and last but not least, Kirby's Pinball Land!!!
