The only reliable site I've found recently that doesn't hit you in the dick with a barrage of popups is http://www.dgemu.com but they have some sort of gay points system where posting on message boards will give you more points to download more roms. And since you love posting on a million message boards you should give it a shot.

I used it to download Pokemon Silver because the cartridge's internal batteries run out and I'm a fag.

Also apparently they've never heard of the concept of alphabetical order so I always have a blast looking through lists upon lists, really >:
