I know they suck and are basically just another rehashed american punk band but I pretty much grew up with this shitty band so I'm required to like them. And the album covers are pretty funny

and they played at the show with david cross that whorable and i missed last night because they were playing and a fucking million people were trying to get into a tiny club to see them.

i like nofx. punk in drublic is one of my faves by them :)

and they aren't really a rehashed american punk band. they've been around for a long time and influenced a lot of other bands that i would give that title to. i'm pretty sure that their sound was among the first amidst a slew of bands that followed them.

yup. since 1983, i think.

Their earlier stuff, like the Maximum Rock n roll CD, is pretty different. It sounds more influenced by the shit that was out then. I like NOFX, although I stopped buying their records after "So long and thanks for the shoes." They're too bland to be quite so prolific. :)

I dig me some NOFX. "Punk in Drublic" is one of my favorite punk albums. And the newest one, "The War on Errorism" is pretty good too. I didn't care for it so much at first but it really grew on me.

I listened to these guys when I was a angry teenager :/

But for now I'm just going to say they suck, just to change it up a little bit. :)
