It looks pretty badass but i heard their where no puzzles in it which is kind of a drag.

Supposed to have more than a few differences from the other games, actually....But I'll still give it a rental.

I hope it doesn't have any of those godawfull "Macguyver moments" like the horseshoe, lighter, and wax doll puzzle from SH2

Well, I already put it on reserve and got the free soundtrack today.

Don't worry I'm sure the game will still be pretty cool. There's supposed to be ghosts you can't kill and that first person thing looks pretty cool.............there are no bosses either :(

It should be a really good game despite the changes and there'll probably be another cool monster like Pyramid Head from SH2 and Valtiel from SH3 (he was the guy with the really shaky head that was always turning valves and shit).

I don't get what that trailer is supposed to show. It just looks like a Napster ad from hell.

there were two pyramyd heads. And I still think its gonna be a cool game. They arent so much as focusing on puzzles and bosses because I think now they just want to scare the shit out of us to a whole new level.

I would be so happy, if konami would make the first silent hill to PC. I think the first one is the best of the series, altough the graphics are pretty horrible.
Back on topic: It sucks if SH: The room doesnt have any puzzles. I think they are a huge part in creating the spooky atmosphere. :(

but Youre in a room. Are you gonna have intricate key locks and puzles in a 2 bedroom apartment. Will this one finally explain WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON IN SILENT HILL.

I like that the premise is that you're stuck in your apartment, and people are ok with that.

What's he suppose to do? the doors locked and he won't get his deposit back if he breaks a window :(

I called him Canoe head long before I actually realized his name was pyramyd head.

I didn't get the guys logic in the one cuscene when hes hiding in the close and decides to shoot him in the BIG STEEL PYRAMYD instead of his knees or upper body.

I wanna know if anyone has played this yet.

I never really liked Silent Hill. THE RIGHT EYE IS LOOKING AT HIS BUTT :O

I'm playing it right now. I love it! It's much brighter than the other games, so you don't have to deal with not seeing what's in front of you. But, it's much creepier because you can see every detail. It's fun too! It has worm holes.

Worm holes inside the room? Do they tear you to shreds?

How many CDs does this come on? i rember getting SH3 and it was like 5 or 6 :/
