I know you people have seen his work before, but maybe you didn't know who it was by. He's the fellow who is responsible for all of Cannibal Corpse's album covers, some infamous, some not. I was intrigued by his art with them and decided to check his site out. His drawings aren't really all that interesting, but his paintings fucking own. See below.

Fuck Derek Hess, Vince Lock is where it's at.

I normally hate dark art to death, mainly because it is overdone and boring; and even though this guy has many of the generic boring dark work, things like this make him awesome:

Yeah, that's easily the top of the heap. I don't want to sound like a pretentious fag or anything, but it really reminds me of what i am trying to do with my own work. The arm, anyway, all my figures look like malnourished, disproportionate weirdos. And i don't blame you for not liking much of his stuff. I feel the same way about fantasy art, but i think he strikes a nice blend with some of his pieces. Besides, i can't hate a guy who adds so much blood to all of his album covers.

Whats their CD name the one with the zombie having birth to a zombie baby that ones awesome.

Those are awesome. I only wish I could paint that good. :(
