I really want to try the bloodelves and the new alliance race (hopefully pandaren), plus I miss all the old content too much.

I unfortunately cancelled mine a while ago. I just don't have the time to play enough to warrant keeping my subscription. I play way too many games and this one eats up all the time for everything else and I just can't have that. >:

I still play Ultima Online too... since 1998... :(

I will probably hop back in once Burning Crusade is released and start up some fresh characters.

I shall return after January 1st. I working 58+ hours a week between 2 jobs at the moment. MUST HAVE MOTORCYCLE.

Our bitch Rag dropped Shard of the Flame, Band of Sulfuras, Malistar's Defender, Dragonstalker's Legguards, Bloodfang Pants, and Essence of the Firelord. One of our raiding alliance's warriors got Thunderfury last night too.

We didn't kill Rag twice. Those are two pictures from the same night.

There is a gap between those who could take Rag in a straight fight (me with 176 unbuffed fire resist and improving) and our newer raid group members who still have green equipment (some of them), so we used a bunch of potions and other buffs to close the gap. With our "juiced" attempt, we killed him with greater ease than I anticipated. Maybe five or six deaths.

Actually, I think he was regularly doing instances with them for a long time (i.e. joined a pick-up group once and everyone realized that nobody in the group sucks so they kept playing together).

We killed Magmadar tonight. Some purple stuff dropped for warriors. I don't have a picture because Mag isn't particularly impressive. :posh

I'm really liking this RP server. I don't talk in medieval English or create a backstory for my character, surprisingly most people don't, but there's less enchant spamming in IF, leet speak, and the things that generally annoy me about other players.

It's nice because the inns are a big gathering place to drink, hang out and talk, rather than just running in there to fall asleep.

Only reason I would create a RP charachter is for Mockery fun, and being a gnome and running up and humping people's legs.

RP servers are nice because all the serious homos don't clutter up the regular servers. >:

We cleared MC tonight, except for Domo and Rag since we don't have enough people to do the summoning stuff. Took us three nights and we did the last four bosses all on our first or second attempts.

Killed Rag for the third week in a row. We clear everything up to Executus on Sunday night now and finish Majordomo and Rag off on Monday night. We're doing two Rag attempts per night. The first is with no pots, no UBRS fire resist buffs. We got Rag to 10% with that tonight. The second is with the aforementioned "cheats" and we just own him without difficulty that way. I can smell BWL in our future! I myself am one Lawbringer Belt away from having all tier 1 or better armor. The only things I really need are some epic weapons. I'm lacking in that department, although a pally in MC doesn't really need to worry about DPS too much :/

My brother and I made Alliance characters on Kel'Thuzad. I've got a dwarf warrior called Argle and he has a dwarf hunter named Bargle. We were running around yelling our names, and in typical Alliance faggotry, we started getting tells asking if we had just made characters to do that. :lol

You can use the dressing room thing to preview items on your character. You just press CTRL and click the item.

Some priest kited a named green dragon into xroads today. All hell broke loose. It was chaos! I ws gonna take pics but it didn't occur to me untill like 30 secs before I had to leave for work. But needless to say it was cool.

Oh, I almost got my brother banned for playing on his account and running around calling everyone gay while he was away in the Bathroom. GOD DAMN, those alliance people are uppitty faggots.

I called someone a horde fag as a compliment and everyone hopped on the touchy-feely band wagon. I got banned during sleep though.

One time a group of 60 taurens and orcs just sat around a level 35 area and turned pvp on then positioned them near npc enemies so that we would accidently attack them and go into pvp so they could kill us. it went on for about an hour till we just left. They followed us for about another half hour but went back to the spot later, as when we returned they were still there.

This was before Honor points or any reward whatsoever existed for killing players. The horde is full of faggots just like any other internet group.

I even tried to communicate peace through kissing and dancing with them .

A couple days ago me and this other warlock went to Goldshire and dropped some infernals. Then we set them loose so they could kill all the lowbie players. It was hilarious; especially since they all tried to defend themselves and only managed to piss them off. Then all our fun was ruined when some pallies showed up and didn't die.

Yea! Lol! Those guys played the game for a longer time on that character and now other people can't play! Haha that is funny, mostly because realistically the only person who finds being a jerk online for no reason probably gets broken bottles shoved up his ass by his drunk step-dad every night because he forgot to pick up the newports for him! lol!

Seriously its just annoying for casual gamers to not get to play a game they dont play much anyway because some of the opposing faction feels bored with end game content. Thats why I picked a PvE server in the first place and these guys shouldnt have apparently.

Did you ever play the Frozen Throne Chimp? There are surviving Nerubians as well who were never brought down. You have to fight them as Athas while traveling to the Frozen Throne.

In addition, the Sithilid and Nerubians descended from the same bloodline and eventually split, presumeably on a bad note. This could easily give way to some sort of alliance with alliance forces.

Maybe Dryads could wear two boots and n pants or something :rolleyes cmon it would be great.

Alliance probaley gets keebler elves.

pandas would be awesome, and a good counter-race (?) to the tauren.

i still wish they had goblins for horse tho, what we dont need are more prissy elves

The whole thing with the blood evles, supposedly, is that the horde needed a "pretty" race to boost the players playing for the horde. They think that the alliance to horde ratio is unbalanced, and this is their solution.

That's just what I've read on some sites.

makes sense i suppose, its annoying playing in a server with few horde players, its hard to get anything cheap/good in the AH and makes high level instancing harder to group.

can anyone suggest the best server for playing as the horde. I'm on bronzebeard and was on for an hour earlier. About six people were on. I was a tauren though, and only around thunderbluff. I don't know if that's important.

Hmm... those magazines have been wrong before. I have an old issue of Computer Gaming that gave a preview of StarCraft and everything is completely different from what actually ended up being in the game (i.e. Terran bunkers were called "pillboxes" and the Zerg had burrowing units that could move around underground).

cant wait to get back to my own pc so i can get back into WOW. decided im going to start a horde warrior, but which race? either orc (decent racial ability and very warrior like), undead (because they are awesome) or tauren (ground stomp kicks ass)

While Orcs are indeed quite awesome, I think you should go for Undead or Tauren because their racial abilities are much more usefull for combat, especially PvP.

If you're not gonna go for PvP, then any of them will be fine, but you'll find that WotF is perfect against a lot of casters and mobs. Warstomp also kicks serious ass against everything.

Actually, with orc's 25% stun resist and the warriors 15% stun resist ability, that makes him a juggernaut against rogues. I dueled a level 25 at level 13 and he tried to gouge me the whole battle, not once did it go off.

Their base strength is also a plus, and if you decide to be an attack power whore, that racial skill will pull off insane numbers.

Reading all that back, I feel like a dork.

The 25% resist is not "resist 1/4 of all stuns." It's a 25% bonus to the 5% base bonus that you already get, which makes it 6.25%.

Taurens get extra stamina, too.

War Stomp isn't a good reason to pick Tauren. I was a human warrior and I raped taurens with Charge + Hamstring, war stomp wore off before hamstring so they were sitting ducks. I had the most trouble with orc warriors beacause they were strong and also resisted my stun a whole lot.

So that totally doesnt explain the whole no gouge working thing.

It means that he's unlucky and should learn a skill other than Gouge.
