I am to depressed to play. :( I found out how much Hunter's suck as a PVP class when I got raped by 4 lvl 30's. Couldn't even kill the one that I suprised and started shooting in the back. Damn crappy kill-zone range. Get within that range, and I'm dead :(

any hunter i fight just runs like hell hoping their pet will kill me while shooting me, once they get withing axing range, they're toast

feh, you guys just need to learn to play your classes strengths. and don't underestimate the survivabilty of any char in a group with a priest. i'm guessing that's what screwed you, dave.

my mage got jumped by a warlock 2 levels higher than me in ashenvale last week and after running from him a bit i decided "fuck it" turned around and killed him with a quickness. i was shocked. it might have gone worse for me if he'd had an imp or succubus instead of a voidwalker tho. it was exciting.

That's why I love the warrior. I may be easy to kill from a distance, but get close to me and you're fucking dead! Hunters are my fav to fight cuz like mak said, when I get in range they can't touch me. First thing I do is hamstring so when they do wingclip, it's usless. Then I pound on them and keep hamstringing so they can't run.

The VW is pretty useless for PvP unless you are in melee range with a warrior or something. You can sacrifice it for a pretty decent shield that will take a few whacks to bring down. It's also good for surviving rogues, but usually the stun doesn't break before the shield gets removed.

The Upside to the Hunter is in PVP stand-offs. When both sides are in ragged lines facing each other.

Run up with cheetah, hit mana user with viper sting. Booyaaka, 800+ mana points gone in 8 seconds. So much chaos is going on, that most mana users don't notice. (mages).

Or, during a full out brawl, hunters never have to worry about AOE spells, for they can do damage from outside the attack area.

Or if you want to attack a group while hidden in the bush while the group is fighting MOBS. It takes them awhile to realize that someone else across the screen is blasting your face. Arrows ain't as easy to track as Magic Powers.

LOL, if that warlock sac'd his VW while fighting a mage, he's a retard. The VW shield is only for physical attacks. Spells go right through it and you can still be interrupted and stuff with it on (which is lame).

it has its moments. the pvp aspect is pretty fun, but i wish it didn't take so long to get a character to 60. i'd prefer to be able to play all the character classes, but instead i have to focus on just one or two if i wanna run with the big boys. :(

My brother (Skullfire) says that Ogreboy left the guild due to a disagreement he had with Kieto and me on a run through Uldaman. Something about not wanting to clear rooms of 45 elites so that a level 45 character could walk through without wiping the party. I haven't verified this, but my brother has no reason to lie to me.

I was going to boot him for acting like a dick and taking the game way too seriously, but he logged out too fast.
