Damn, didn't see the world before the CNN thing. Talk about a let-down :(

Moron. :lol

Emu Dec 4th, 2004 09:52 AM

how many people were honestly fooled by that? no news organization as faggy as CNN would use TEXT to announce the arresting of the president. they'd use some big shiny flash graphic.

Immortal Goat Dec 4th, 2004 10:48 AM

This is the first time I have ever heard about that site, and it looks exactly like the real CNN.com :(

Emu Dec 4th, 2004 11:34 AM

Maybe, but CNN wouldn't put up a stupidly frivolous comment like "Some believe the scar looks like the Canadian maple leaf."

Bobo Adobo Dec 4th, 2004 01:00 PM

I almost thought it was true, just because I saw something on Bill O'Riley about how 77% of Americans don't think Canada is are "friend".

Sort of a frightening statistic, eventhough I really don't believe in polls, especially ones that are on the Fox news channel.

It's the first time I've heard of it, too, but it's so obvious. Not even to mention that it says he was arrested upon arrival and if you actually pay attention to, uh, ANY news, you would have seen his speech or clips thereof from Canada.

Since the election, I try to ignore news, just because I know I won't like most of it.

I wish I could apply the same kind of logic to my job, but that would be pretty irresponsible of me.

What is your job?

I'm an preventative maintenance technician/computer systems analyst. By that, I mean I stock pet food overnights at Wal-Mart.
