Bigfoot Town

Im looking for the name of a town in northern california that is obsessed with bigfoot. It was featured in wanderlust on comedy central.

Also im looking for the info of certain "hidden animals" if anyone knows of any certain ones like the jersey devil or chupacabra, but that are not as well known

My bosses dog is a hidden monster animal. It kills birds when they land and one time jumped in the hudson after spotting a carp. It hides under his desk and lunges at people in the store, and scares preists and foriegners.
