Not bad work, jus' sticking DVDs back on shelves, checking them in, serving customers.

I got 'Resident Evil 2 - Apocalypse' today :)

Infact i think i'll watch it now.

I'd probably suck at a job like that. Especially if I was expected to give good advice. If some young bint asked me if I could recommend a Johnny Depp movie, I'd probably throw Dead Man at her and then be spat at the next day because it's "weird and in black and white".

Just finished watching it. Not a bad film but not as good as it could have been. Kind of predictable :/

Im not really looking forward to people asking aboutwhich new releases are good because i have not watched any new films in ages. (last one i watched was 'white chicks' and i would rather eat my own arm than recomend it to anyone). I guess thats why i get so many free rentals.

I think i'll get Aliens VS Predator tomorrow. Quite a few people seem to like it.

I guess its good for the shop as alot of customers come in asking what new films are good or if a specific film is worth watching.

I doubt i'll even use all of them. over a film a night is a bit much for me.

Resident Evil 2 was alright, i mean yeah definately worth renting

Mortal Kombat is one of the best video game movies ever made... it's right up there with Super Mario Brothers (j/k)

But seriously? I can't think of a better video game adaptation than Mortal Kombat. It's the only one worth seeing in the theater... every other video game movie is a rental at best.

working at a movie rental place is the worst shit in the world. No amount of money can make up for the fact that you have to talk to people about all the shitty fucking movies they watch. Oh and just wait untill somebody turns in a empty box and gets all pissed when you call them. They will yell at you and be completely convinced that you lost the movie, only to call back like 30 minutes later and tell you that it was in the dvd player.
