ziggytrix Apr 20th, 2005 07:53 PM

take another pic, but this time focus on the toy and not your bed >:

edit: sorry, i'm just pissed that i've spent the whole day digitally editing out of focus shots. :(

Supafly345 Apr 20th, 2005 08:20 PM

It looks more like a lego toy than a pickleman toy.

MetalMilitia Apr 20th, 2005 08:24 PM

It looks more like that Duplo stuff which they gave to retard kids who would otherwise choke themselves to death on lego bricks.

Mockery Apr 20th, 2005 08:26 PM

Yeah I'd definitely like to see a better photo of it so PickleMan isn't so blurry.

the_dudefather Apr 20th, 2005 08:38 PM

hes using pickle camo powers to hide himself

anyway, looks good

darkvare Apr 20th, 2005 10:14 PM

Mockery Apr 20th, 2005 10:24 PM

That's the Pickleman's Secret Lair Playset, noob.

Since I get a 30% discount on all toys where I work now, I've been considering throwing some money down the drain to make a Pickleman figure. But I don't know, since even though it's 30%, I'd still be spending about $10 or more to fuck up some action figures. And I'd have to find figures that would work, which is a lot tougher than you think.

Go back ten years ago, and alterring figures was pretty fun and easy to do, with the basic figure molds they used to use. But now everything's all artsy fartsy and whatnot.

payne Apr 21st, 2005 12:14 AM

I actually looked into it a few years ago because I was thinking of releasing a series of "scenester" figures for each of the mockery sites along with a PickleMan one. Unfortunately, the cost to make action figures was too high and I'd have to charge way to much just to break even with them. So yeah, it just wasn't worth it. :/

well actually that toy is made of different toys called minimates, wich you can remove head hands torso feet everything. and then take them back like they were before.

Emu Apr 23rd, 2005 04:53 PM

You mean Legos?

pjalne Apr 23rd, 2005 04:56 PM

No, minimates is a different series of toys. They're often movie licences.

darkvare Apr 23rd, 2005 10:36 PM

actually they are mostly marvel now

pjalne Apr 24th, 2005 09:06 AM

Yeah, you're right. Kubricks or whatever they're called are the movie ones.

pissed off salesman Apr 24th, 2005 01:18 PM

DamnthatDavid Apr 25th, 2005 12:57 PM

We should have a Pickleman making contest.

Dark, take off the automatic focus on the camera. Or stand back and zoom in hella close on the target.

Archduke Tips Apr 25th, 2005 01:06 PM

RedLeader, your wit is as sharp as a potato. (who wants to be the next to say, "You're one to talk" in this thread.)
