ever wake up in the middle of the night...
 

and just feel like you have shit to do?

since the last time i had done anything "creative" was about a month ago i woke up exhausted in the middle of the night and just tossed this out while listening to LFO's "blown" (not the boy band, btw).
strange that i had to do something just so i could sleep, but there it is



i was wondering why it was so red, because the music demanded lots of white to me, and not quite so many angles, but today i figured that it was somewhat-subliminally inspired by the front page of http://www.dirty.org (it's work safe, just the site of my favorite band is all).

I'm not sure I wake up in the middle of the night, but I often have great ideas for art pieces and am frustrated at my lack of talent to carry them out...

I suppose the fact that I haven't tried since 3rd grade is relevant

that may or may not be something i plan to continue: trying to add a design to a photo to enhance exactly how i feel about the pictures i take. here's hoping it works, i always like to try something different. i thought this was really fucking cool when i did it, but that was around 2:30 am, and as for right now i really dont know about it.
