This comic was just printed in my University's Newspaper, The Sheif, and I am surprised that it didnt get any attention. Locally or nationally (I am canadian). We all know about that comic with The Prophet mohamed wearing a Bomb Turban, Clearly a Shot at islam. But what happens when A cartoon, that makes fun of Christians and The jewish gets published, nothing. Even if it is just in a University Paper.

Right Now, I am susposed to present a paper in my grade 12 World Religion class on this cartoon, and what it represents. I dont know what would posess someone to draw this, but it is just sick.

I wouldn't blame you if you put on your communion outfit, strapped on some bombs, and showed that 12th grade class just how you felt about it.

I guess it's supposed to mean the Christian 'Protestant Work Ethic' is basically just sucking the capitalists dick. So I'd bet if you wrote about Max Weber you'd probably do pretty good in a grade 12 class. Or you could just blow up your classroom.

Actually, I read a few articles about how Campus Crusade was getting their panties all bunched over that comic and how the editor of the paper has resigned or some shit.

There was a link on Fark, I think.

This comic strip could get published in the NY Times, and it wouldn't invoke the same response as the Mohammed comic. So a campus rag's editor will quit, and tiny campus Christian groups will protest. Sounds ok to me.

He wanted to see what would happen if he drew something similarly slanderous about both Judaism and Christianity. This is obviously the kind of joke someone makes just to piss someone else off. How it got published, on the other hand, i will never know.

Seriously Jesus Christ sucking a wang, you know the fraudulant founder of the horribly opressive religion jesus christ. Any comic with the intention to provoke people has to be hilarious. You know this should be on like ebaumsworld or something you know in the "other reasons why christianity is wrong" section or "we are better than God" tab at Tshirt hell.

i think people should be more respectful. :)
