The Neal Boortz Show is always looking for ways to help you identify the mentally challenged among us. Smoking, of course, is the principal way. Smokers are generally less intelligent than non-smokers. Sure, there are exceptions … but the general rule holds. Baseball hats would be another way. It is a well-known scientific fact that turning a baseball hat around backwards reduces IQ by a factor of nearly 9.5%.

Now we have another means to instantly judge a person’s basic intelligence. If you happen to hear a person chanting “no war for oil” you know that person has some rather severe learning and cognitive disadvantages.

Actually, what he was telling has a lot of truth to it, so yes, it was funny. The only reason you didn't find it funny is because it is truthful. If it would have been something that is slanderous and an out and out lie, you would have laughed.

No, Vince, listen, while a lot of people who wear baseball hats backwards may well be dumb, there's no causal link to be established. I mean, they wear pants, too, right? No one thinks it's the pants that are doing it. Causality is reallly hard to establish.
