has anyone tried the demo yet i did it rocked

Where'd you download it from?, it's taking me forever.

The first thing I said when I started it up:

'Indians... IN SPAAAAAAAAAAAACE!"

Its nice to see such a radically different take on FPS, first of all I'm almost convinced its gonna end with the main characters lysol bottle fizzing to empty and his high wears off.

But the fuckign Gravity wells and stuff kick ass.

Gamershell... on the night of its release.

I've given up on them and started downloading the torrent.

runs pretty well on my pc, would liek to compare it to the 360 version tho

anyway, its bloody awesome as far as the demo shows, all the weird portal and gravity effects are great

It looks like a really well made game, all the alien architecture and whatnot looks fantastic but I was pretty bored by the end of the demo so I'm not looking forward to the game particularly.

Anyone get the full game yet? I read a couple reviews and it sounded like it turned out good. I'd try it for PC but I'm looking for something new to get for the 360 I recently bought. :(

i might wait for a bit, or get the pc version instead

My friend got it for PC yesterday, and we're almost through the whole game.

The portals and the gravity manipulations are pretty cool. The problem is they through out all manner of cool tricks with that stuff earlier on, but eventually it just becomes business as usual, with no really impressive things happening.

Deathwalk is kind of interesting for a while. Once it sets in that you're totally immortal, however, the gameplay becomes a lot less intense, and you start worrying less and less about ammo conservation, not doing stupid stuff, etc. In fact, it gets downright boring toward the end.

The weapons are kind of nifty, but even so, they seem at times somewhat underpowered. The Leech gun was kind of fun, especially when using lighting.

Also, there were some puzzles in the game, but they were pretty easy to figure out, as most of the important elements of each puzzle were lit up, or indicated to the player in some other way.



Really, this is more of a rental-type game. The single player game is pretty short, and there's some very cool stuff in the beginning, but you can only see that same stuff over and over again so many times before it becomes tiresome and routine.

Dudefather, the 360 demo is on marketplace.

I just stole a friends copy and no CDed it. So far its pretty awesome, I'm at that giant bull guy whos arm you blow off and use as an assault rifle

This looks a brilliant game, I mean indian gets girlfriend kidnapped by mutants and gets angry and kills them all is the best plot line for a game ever.

I will smile when I shoot the shit out of one of those fat ones :)
