Psycho Analysis of the demented
 

When first confronted with the point of view of the certain Vince types I admittedly was surprised & somewhhat thrown off. I knew that this type of mindset existed at least in the movies but I had to come face to face with it before I could really acknowledge it's existence.

Why do you think that some people glorify killing humans or animals, bigotry and racism? Do you think that it's hereditary or a learned behavior? Is it due to social circumstances, cultural particularities or taught behavior (parents/family)?

Social circumstances in an individual's life such as: environment, upbringing, parent's social and political norms and values, friends... all these things have a great impact on the way you see things, and will influence you, as you grow up.

Parents, (normally) being childrens first contact to the world, will be the primary influence in the mind of the child.

A behavioral structure is built from observed, learned and/or indoctrinated teachings. If a teaching or a behavior is repeated over and over, it eventually becomes natural or "normal".

Any influences or experiences beginning in early childhood, starts integrating as a part of that individual’s perspective on life.
i.e. if a child has been slapped by a parent every time it did something "punishable" (this decided inherently by the values of that parent), it/the child too, could see it just as natural for themselves to slap their own children later in life.
This also goes for positively enforced behavior. A child that receives encouragement and affirmative boosts often, will develop a greater sense of confidence as they are growing up, and eventually teach that to their off-spring.

I think that the terms: Culture, Norms and Values play great roles in describing anyone, anywhere, at anytime. People are diverse in the way they think and see the world. The way that two drops of water never are exactly the same, that perspective can also be applied to people. While several of us might look up and think the sky is blue, one will be color-blind and see it as red.


Of Vince-type personalities, I am mighty tempted to make these HUGE postulates:

A person with little involvement from his parents, he was probably left on his own often . The little brother of the family? His family has plenty of good old “(Caucasian) American” values, meaning that this land they live on, is by their values considered predominantly white, and not really Native American. He has been tought that any (Republican) president of USA should be honored and followed (and by the look of it) apparently regardless of how IGNORANT that particular leader might be. He hates school, can’t sit still, can’t concentrate on homework very well, and has probably been teased a lot by other children. Junk food is the preferred craze.. Hmmm? McDonald’s or Jack in the Crack Vince?

Well, now that I am quite through with my most amazing theoretic creative imagination on Vince. I leave the word to ……..

Vince isn't crazy, though I'm sure he'd like you to believe that. At best, he's frustrated.

Yea, I dont think that he's crazy either, just extremely confused. I wouldnt give them credit for trying to fool anyone with craziness though; that would be too clever.

Said short: Yes. I believe that pretty much everyone is. Vince is no exception of this either.

Nope, my dad loved Clinton to death and defended the man until he died and my mother thought Reagan was a moron. I like school overall and I can sit in place when I feel the need to. I don't usually have homework since I go to big-people's school. I was teased up until 2nd grade about being tubby until I smashed a lunch tray over someone's head; it stopped then. I also loathe fastfood, unless it is something like Subway where it is made somewhat fresh. Grease and fat makes me want to hurl nowadays.
