edit: oh fuck, nevermind. i was reading the food fourm, and cnn was all "we have reports of a plane hitting a bulding", and i was all "o shit"
but i guess the wind blew a helecopter into it....

It was a wing repair aircraft that didn't know how to fly, so it hit a building. You shouldn't have to look out of a window for air clearance.
