The first episode or two of Mind of Mencia were just okay, all other episodes were horrible. Mencia just doesn't have enough material to go around.

celebreality shows in general. . I liked “Celebrity Fit Club”, and I’m really looking forward to “Armed and Famous” (if you haven’t heard about it, check here: http://www.cbs.com/primetime/armed_and_famous/ ) which features a group of celebs (such as La Toya Jacson and Erik Estrada) training to be real police officers. Now that's good entertainment.
