The Queen, in my town!

Oh yeah. I feel, like, so honoured.

Yeah, the Queen and Prince Phillip paid their royal visits to humble Sheffield today. In the rain. All the usual shit.

Best of all, Prince Phillip got into some more of his wacky capers when he chatted with staff and asked one group of parents if they had been at the school in the "bad old days". They said they did.

He then said: "So that's why you can't read and write then."

Doh!

Even more oddly considering how far latitudanally north Great Britain is, it rarely snows there ... bleh ... I'll never understand weather patterns. :/

As it goes, it's been raining here even more than usual. I don't think it's barely stopped for 3 weeks.

Don't belittle you to raise my self-esteem!! ha ha, you take me seriously enough to raise my self-esteem, thanks. My point being I thought it was damn obvious that with all our shit weather and apparently bad teeth, the ONLY reason tourist visit us is for our Pomp and Circumcision.
