That is the most asinine thing I have ever heard. Who the hell works "for" the weekend? Most of us try to avoid work on the weekend. Like this page, for example. Um....I always thought that working for the weekend meant that you work the weekdays so that you have $$$ and time for the weekend.

I agree with you.
"working for the weekend" = working mon-fri just so that you can enjoy/relax your weekend!

at least, I always thought so.....:confused
