The Dave Clark Five

I'm in pieces, bits and pieces!!!
You said you loved me, said you'll always be mine!
I'm in pieces, bits and pieces!!!
We'd be together until the end of time!
I'm in pieces, bits and pieces!!!
'Cause night is day, and day is night!

Okay, so the DC5 weren't exactly groundbreaking or particularly innovative, but damn if their songs weren't catchy. "Because", "Catch Us If You Can", and "Glad All Over" are fun songs. Same goes for Herman's Hermits and The Searchers.

There aren't any DC5 cds in print in the UK :(

I don't think there are any in print in the US, either. Though you might be able to find one used at eBay or something. :/

Dave Clark owns all the rights to his music and hasn't put them on CD. This is because he is obviously an idiot who hates money.

He was supposed to put out a box set of all the singles about ten years ago but it never materialised. He is an intensely private bloke apparently, and is holding out torelease stuff until he thinks he can make some serious $$$ on it.

Herman's Hermits. :love

I saw Peter Noone all by his lonesome at the Ultimate Oldies concert several years ago. :)

Is this the box set in question?

Nah....it was supposed to be actual vinyl 45s. I am sure it would be the same kind of track listing as that comp though.

You could try downloading the MP3s .
