I have this neighbor and he owns a "souped" up Mazda Familia hatchback. It has this spoiler, mag wheels and massive exhaust, and whenever he drives his car around, it creates more noise than the horsepower it generates. Its really weird @_@

That car woke me up a couple of times ;___;

I was in a similar situation, with a decked out cavalier. I egged it. Twice.

OKAY WIFFLES. JUST THIS ONCE, I'M GONNA GIVE YOU ADVICE FOR YOUR PROBLEM. THE NEXT TIME HE COMES DOWN THE STREET, JUMP IN FRONT OF HIS CAR. IF YOU DO IT RIGHT AND HE KILLS YOU, HE'LL GO TO JAIL AND HE CAN'T DRIVE HIS CAR ANYMORE. :)

you should make some Klan decals and stick them on his car in the night. Stuff like "White Power" and "Kill Blacky." then you won't have to worry about him moving anymore.

Thanks for the advice guys. I can't really do anything to the guy's car because that would be wrong so I told my mom to call the council and have them put some speedbumps on our street ^ ^
