Yes, it is a libertarian website. You just need to look around on the page headings to see the relation to the "Advocates of Self-Government" and their interests.

Those people's definitions are full of crap. Liberals want to dictate our morals just as much as conservatives do, it's just that their morals are progressive instead of traditional.

Not all liberals are environmentalists or animal rights activists, although most of the latter two are liberals.
