What does this one mean? :obey I saw it spray painted on a streeetsign and I thought it looked familiar. When I came home i went on the forum and found it here. hmm

Yea, what is that? its spraypainted on alot of skate spots in my town. I'm not quite sure what it wants me to obey either.
