It probably would have done better at the box office if it really was called that.

King Hadas Apr 24th, 2009 05:41 PM

Jason X is one of the best films in the series though. The sole reason it isn't remembered fondly is they messed with Vorhee's iconic image by giving him battle armor.

10,000 Volt Ghost Apr 24th, 2009 07:28 PM

SPACE BATTLE ARMOR. Probably made by Dr. Wily too.

darkvare Apr 25th, 2009 12:32 PM

jason x also had some really good kills and i always laugh at the androids falling nipples :)

Just finished Sicko. I was so glad it ended on a Cat Stevens song. I feel so horrible that I have given up on America and humans. I'd rather run from this country then try to change the minds of half the country.

I was a little skeptical about the quality of the Cuban treatment.

She went to...a....doctor.

He gave her......a.....diagnosis.

We'll never know if it was the right one, but it was pretty much the one they wanted to hear.

Michael Moore has some really good points, but some of his stuff I stop well short of buying wholeheartedly.

And I'm neither conservative nor republican.

Tadao Apr 27th, 2009 01:03 AM

All Moore's pictures are misleading. The make a very good point about what we should be awareof and they are very effective, but it is not a documentry. More like a propaganda fuled editorial. I love the guy though.

Dimnos Apr 28th, 2009 11:27 AM

If he didnt fill his "movies" with so much propaganda bull shit someone might have listened to him. But he did so they dont.

Dimnos Apr 28th, 2009 11:28 AM

Best thing ever though was when he walked into a bank and they gave him a gun.

10,000 Volt Ghost Apr 28th, 2009 11:42 AM

It's been a while so I watched Wet Hot American Summer again. I'm still up in the air if I like that better or The Ten. Both are fantastic.

Pancakes: Have you watched The Ten yet?

Hehe Bowling in Columbine was awesome.

Zhukov Apr 30th, 2009 06:47 AM

Just watched Let The Right One in, which is a Scandinavian vampire film.

I really liked it, and I would give it 5 out of five. A lady got attacked by a house full of cats then she burst into flames, a little boy got hit in the face by a stick, and a guy pours acid on his own face.

darkvare Apr 30th, 2009 03:39 PM

i just watched martyrs a really weird french film the ending was kinda dissapointing and made it look like a snuff film

Zhukov May 2nd, 2009 09:26 PM

Wolverine: Origins.

Was disappointed, but it was still a good movie. People die that shouldn't have died. CGI was used where CGI shouldn't have been used.

For serious. There was a period of time in which we watched that movie every night :(

MetalMilitia May 4th, 2009 08:13 PM

Underworld: Rise of the Lycans - Mehhhhhhh, kind of rubbish.

Tadao May 4th, 2009 09:37 PM

Lol, I'm working my way through all 3 right now.

Tadao May 4th, 2009 10:43 PM

Phantasm 1-4

1 isn't as good as I remember, 2-3 suck ass, 4 was cool in the beginning but turned to shit fast.

Still funny to watch though.

Dimnos May 4th, 2009 11:55 PM

I had a bootleg copy of the first underworld move. It was in black and white and the edges of the screen were kind of grayed and faded out, like a really old film. I think it did wonders for that movie.

Should have been called Underworld: Forbidden Love Story

Yes we understand the concept. You already told us in 1 and 2. There was so much room for other tales.
