These characters don't really lend themselves to a lot of unlockables; what other costumes can any of them possible have? A pink helmet and cloak for Vader? And what about the oh-so-important swords? What other blades from Star Wars in any extended universe lends itself besides differen't colored sabres?

And what, no Fett for the Wii?

The characters themselves are probably unlockables.

They say it's Yoda for 360 and Vader for PS3. I'd prefer the new guy from The Force Unleashed on Wii.

I guess this would have made sense about 3 years ago.

I wonder if anyone thinks this was a good idea. Even the gaming websites aren't really speaking positively about it. Just kind of objectively reporting on it. Honestly its just horribly silly.

That post is just as terrible as the inclusion of those characters.

I remember seeing a chocolate gumball in a magazine once.

The review of it went like this:

"Chocolate? Good. Gumball? Good. Chocolate gumball? Bad.

I think that can be applied here only replacing Chocolate with Star Wars and Gumball with Soul Calibur.

I have lost all faith in this franchise.

You know, it seems stupid. But then again, Tony Hawk also had friggin Spidey as a secret character, complete with his black suit, his Spider Armor from Web #100, and the freaking Captain Universe suit.

If it doesn't interfere with the story and is treated as an experiment in fanwank, it can work. Otherwise, it just seems a stupid waste of everybody's time. That, and Vader and Yoda should be in BOTH games and shouldn't be a console exclusive. That's just stupid.

And where is Maul? That would have been sweeter.
