Punk Goes Crunk
Please elaborate on this album
I prefer Blowfly's Punk Party honestly.
I usually like the Punk Goes... albums, but this one is mostly crap.
SKSK's cover of Notorious Thugs rules tho. |
Punk goes metal was the only good one.
I love how people equate any form of rap music to crunk. Do they realize that it's basically a sub-genre of rap music? Only 1 song on that entire album could realistically even be classified as crunk.
Lighten up, they said crunk because it rhymes. :rolleyes
I will not stand for this type of incompetence on the part of the "Punk Goes..." folks. People like you, Tadao, allow travesties like this to happen.
man i wish that the ignore function made threads started by people on my ignore list not show up in the new posts search
or at all for that matter |
Punk goes Monk
hahaha d.i.y. yourself some wipes

most of them are just like the originals, but i enjoyed it due to the camp value :< |
Thanks cedar, I'll give it a listen. Here's the track list.
1. Put Yo Hood Up original by Lil John - (Set Your Goals) 2. Got Your Money original by Ol' Dirty Bastard - (Say Anything) 3. I Wish original by Skee-Lo - (The Secret Handshake) 4. Men In Black original by Will Smith - (Forever The Sickest Kids) 5. California Love original by 2Pac - (My American Heart) 6. I Wanna Love You original by Akon - (The Maine) 7. Kryptonite original by Purple Ribbon All-Stars - (Emanuel) 8. The Seed original by The Roots - (Person L) 9. Still Fly original by Big Tymers - (The Devil Wears Prada) 10. Umbrella original by Rihanna - (All Time Low) 11. Notorious Thugs original by Notorious BIG - (Scary Kids Scaring Kids) 12. Nothin' But A "G" Thang original by Dr. Dre - (The Escape Frame) 13. Gin And Juice original by Snoop Dogg - (Hot Rod Circuit) 14. Hey Ya! original by OutKast - (Lorene Drive) 15. Tennessee original by Arrested Development - (New Found Glory) My favorites is when german or japanese bands do tributes to bands like the Pixies or David Bowie. |
That was horrible. BTW are these guys really punk or Greenday punk?
Well, not greenday punk but half those bands play post hxc. The other half plays repackaged pop 'punk'.
crunk goes dunk, right in the toilet
jerk >:
What does hxc mean? I'm kinda old, so when I see or hear the word punk, I expect there to be some "punk" involved.
Even if you're old you should know hxc=hardcore. It's been around since early 80s
Yeah, I looked it up. Pretty gay.
Hey, kid...thanks.
I'm sure the "x" makes them feel xtra xtreme.
Well it's actually for symbolic reasons. You see, hardcore punk started in new york city, so on the posters would be printed HCNY, with an x in the middle to shorten it, so it's read like:
-H NxY -C |
THIS THE MOST AWFUL THREAD I'VE EVER READ AND THAT CD WAS TOTAL SHIT FUCK >:
Really? The most? I mean yeah it is terrible, but did you see that guy with the floppy dick in the sweat pants? THAT was a bad thread.
