So my new neighboors are having the state of New York pay thier rent and utilities for the simple fact that thier mother is a slut who cant keep her legs closed. One of her bastard children came to my porch with a wooden bat today, and with the support of her siblings proceeded to hit my dog with it. When my roomate confronted thier parents she was met with this actuall qoute: "why did'nt you like, let it off the leash so it coulds like, get away or somethin'?". Not an apology, not an assurance of discipline, just that it was our fault for not protecting the animal from her trespassing children.

I should also add that the State of New York pays her rent and utilities while she harbors her drug addict boyfreind and his various drug-cronies. She gets free rent because she is a skank who cant keep her legs closed. After hearing the birthdays of her children I realized their all 10 months apart. I had no idea that was physically posible and no, none of them are adopted.

If someone actually witnessed it, call the cops and the local animal unit. Press charges, have them fined and establish a paper trail on this sort of behavior. Show them you are not a person to fuck with because right now you're coming off as a limp dick.

Even if the cops do nothing, the fact they showed up will at least get her to curb her kids from your property because dealing with you and the cops is more trouble than its worth.

This seems like the best advice yet. Might be worth picking up an IP camera if you get more trouble. I believe even the cheaper ones will happily capture decent quality video and store it on your network for your perusal.

I just installed a camera above my front door where we let the dogs out. Funny thing is I am now filming all the drug deals that take place in thier driveway. Cars pull up, a man walks out of the house to the car, they shake hands and the car leaves. This happens several times a day. My roomate said she saw a guy smoking out of a little pipe behind thier house as well. And its all on video!

I'm still working the bugs out of the recording software on my computer in the basement but soon you should all be able to witness thier antics. If they do anything else to us directly I'm going right to the troopers but I think they will eventually self destruct and the house will get raided by CPS, DEA, or other government agencies. I've got better shit to do than worry about thier peoples court bullshit.

dude you should have called the cops..they beat/hit ur dog and that HAS to be against the law...u no what the sad thing is white trash ppl aren't the only ones who do that I know a guy who has decent money who actually maces the neighbor's dog who is in his neighbor's house through an open window because it barked at him I would deff watch over ur dog and make sure they don't put stuff like rat posion or whatever where ur dog is

Seriously, you should call the police. It's animal abuse and probably could count for property damage (if you're the type to consider a dog property) and I'd imagine that the kids would have been trespassing to get at the dog to begin with.
