Whenever I drink spiced rum I feel like I have to thank someone for booting it for me. It's like 'well I've never drank any thing before so don't like the taste of liquor, so lets add a bunch of weird flavours to the rum and then dump a bunch of coke on it and make it into a spicy sugary mess of a drink.'
Vodka is basically also the official drink of high school, with the exception of caesars, which is the official drink of adults. And vodka-coke, which is (one of) the official drink of trailer parks.

i usually just drink spiced rum straight ;o

but it tastes good mixed. the spices really aren't so strong that they overpower anything in a mix ;/ it's subtle: mixed with most things you can barely taste the difference between it and regular rum ;/

I really like spiced rum with like cream soda. the spices actually kind of come through in that drink.
